Dungeon Drop at night
Dungeon Drop was a second generation Intamin drop-tower in the Nottingham Village section of AstroWorld.
History[]
The ride opened in 1998, a year after SkyScreamer was removed. The ride was heavily themed, due to its medieval castle as the queue line. After guest past through, they would take a seat, then go 20 stories up in the air before going down. After it closed with the park in 2005, it was relocated to Six Flags St. Louis, where it was repainted in a new red, yellow, and blue scheme, and renamed "Superman: Tower of Power". It closed in 2020, and was demolished the following year.
